Low-impact cardio

Free, guided indoor cardio that names every move as you do it — march, step-touch, knee lifts, boxing — so you feel coached, not stranded next to a silent timer. Every move is standing and low-impact: no running, no jumping, no equipment. Clear a few feet, press start, and follow along.

The session library

Every routine opens a guided session, ready to start. Want a quick win? The 10-minute living-room cardio circuit is the place to begin. Thin floors? Try Apartment-friendly cardio. New to it, or warming up for something else? There's a beginner session and a short warm-up too.

Named, not silent

A walking timer leaves you alone to shuffle. Every session here does the opposite: it names each move as it arrives — “marching… now step-touch… next up: knee lifts” — cues the form, sequences the circuit, and previews what's coming, so it feels like being coached. That naming is the product.

Low-impact is the default truth of the whole app, not a mode: every move keeps one foot on the floor, so there's no jumping, no pounding and nothing to thud through the floor. It's real cardio — it raises your heart rate without the joint loading — which makes it the bookmarked answer to a recurring moment: bad weather, no gym, sore knees, ten minutes before a call.

Frequently asked questions

Does low-impact cardio actually count?

Yes. Raising your heart rate through continuous movement is real cardio — impact isn't what makes it work. Marching, step-touch and knee lifts elevate your heart rate while staying easy on your joints.

Do I need equipment or much space?

No equipment, and only a few feet in each direction. Every move is standing bodyweight cardio you can do in a living room, a hotel room, or a small flat.

Will it disturb the neighbours?

No — every move is land-soft, with one foot always on the floor and no jumping. The apartment-friendly routine is built specifically to stay quiet for downstairs neighbours.

Is this suitable if I can't run or have sore knees?

Yes — that's exactly who it's for. There's no flight phase and no pounding, so it's gentle on knees and joints while still raising your heart rate. Slow any move to a march to ease off.
